When consciously creating you want to ask for what it is you desire. An image or scene will pop into your head. This image will give you an instant dopamine hit. This is Your Dopamine Addicted Scene given to you by God.
Ruminate on that very scene. You’ll get many many hits of dopamine all the while creating it. The more you ruminate the quicker the protein is built inside your physical brain for the ‘memory’ of it to be stored.
You want to be addicted to it. You want it to feel good. Super Good. It’s the dopamine that is released when thinking of it will naturally cause you to ruminate on it. It’s the same process your brain goes through when looking at TikTok or YouTube. It’s the fastest path joy. But really it’s a chemical addiction.
Remember thoughts/words create your reality. Go create the life and things you want. Get off tiktok, YouTube even This and go ruminate on Your Dopamine Addicted Scene.
