The Waiting Game Of Manifestation

Waiting for the arrival or the experience of your manifestation can feel frustrating. That frustration will be a moving energy through you, an emotion, and maybe the cause of why we try to use force to achieve it. We want to get out of the frustrating feeling by obtaining the desire. We try to force it into our existence.

Our brains will convince us we can just go get it or do it so we feel better. This is not an inspired action, this is actually a repellent force and it’s driving it away and will cause it to be hindered in your reality. You’ll have to wait longer.

First thing you must do is tell your self what you are feeling. Then ask yourself what do you want to feel. Name the feeling. Do some self love, self care or what ever it is you do to move your emotional state. The reason being is because you want to get into a neutral feeling state because that’s a normal state for you to be in. When your manifestation comes or happens, it will feel like the normalist thing in the world. And your goal is to focus on the goal or desire not to obtain it so you feel better.

First feel better. Breath. Then jump back into the desire, experience it in your mind and heart as if it’s already occurring through your imagination till you feel satisfied. Then go do something else. Repeat this process consciously until you naturally aren’t doing it anymore. It was embedded into the subconscious and from there you will experience the manifestation of it.
