If you find your self saying, I don’t want_____? Or you find fault in your partner or relationship or just something in your life. You’re actually stating something you don’t want. Ask yourself what is the opposite of that. For example, if in your relationship you keep saying to yourself, he’s a liar, I don’t want to hear lies. I don’t want this in my life. Immediately ask your self, what is the opposite of lying? Obviously, truth. I want him to tell the truth I want to hear the truth. But is that really what you want? It’s much deeper than that. Your wanting truth is wanting openness. Being open is forming a connection. Our words create images within us and we act them out. Lying is hiding. In this example, It’s hiding vs open. It’s disconnecting vs connecting. Now you need to remember, people, places and events are you. Your mirror. So what ever you don’t want is in you and trying to reveal its self to you and knowing or comprehending the opposite of it is the true intent for manifestation. Using The 1 statement to know what you truly want to manifest will help you get to the deep heart of the matter.
The 1 statement to know what you truly want to manifest is:
I don’t want ______ what I actually want is______.
You have to tap into the creative part of the brain.
Write it on paper to get an better comprehension. Close your eyes and say it out loud. Notice the feelings it brings up. Sometimes it’s easier to find the feeling.
I don’t want to feel______ , I want to feel_____.
Immediately asking your self the opposite will engage both hemispheres of your brain. If you don’t do this, you’ll get stuck on the one part of the phrase of: I don’t want_____. And I’m sure the emotion attached to it will hook in place. So engage yourself with both sides of the statement and feelings. It’s will be a double whammy.
