The #1 Key To Manifest

There is but #1 key to manifest and that is to Focus on what you want, the end result. There is nothing else. Everything else is just a tool to help you focus. Vision boards, Mission statements, scripting, meditation, repetition of an affirmation, visualizing, acting as if and a focus wheel. It’s all just a tool to get you to focus. One of the problems is that we don’t really truly comprehend, or know, what it we actually desire, aka, want and our focus is off.

When you are physically hungry, you may concentrate on the pain of the empty stomach but at some point your mind or an emotion or perhaps even your gut flora maybe asking for some type of food. Your attention and focus immediately starts to wonder around on what to eat, how much, and even where you want to eat. But it’s main focus is on what and for no other reason but for satisfaction. To Fill up and be satisfied. Same concept for any type of manifestation. Focus on the what to fill the space and be satisfied with it. I call it the empty bowl syndrome. You don’t sit there and stare at your empty bowl and wish you had food in it. You put food in it and a specific type and one that satisfies you in many ways.

So narrow down your desire and put in your bowl of life. Here’s an example of how to do it and I’ll use weight loss. Most people make an intention that they will work out and eat better. Thinking they are hitting their true desire an intention of weight loss. They focused on How they would reach it. No, wrong focus. Focus on the what. What do they really want. To be thinner. They don’t desire weight loss, they desire to have a thinner body, or they desire to be lighter or they desire to be sexy af. Or they do desire to be a certain weight number. That’s the end result. And it’s a focus with and end result of satisfaction.

Jesus himself knew the end result of his desire and he focused on it. Stated it many times too. The resurrection. Yes, Jesus’s desire was to do the will of his father and that’s what it was. The end result is what it is all about.
