1. Your focus. Where are you looking and who is pointing you there. Consider the voice. Imagine for a moment that your desire that you’re trying to manifest is an actual target. Your aim is for the bullseye. You must keep your eye on the bullseye while firing your shot. You’re not gonna be looking to the left, right, up or down while hoping your shot goes dead center. You’re gonna be starring that red down. You’re gonna imagine your arrow or bullet hitting it. Same concept for your manifestation. Focus only on it. Every other voice, such as a feeling or a limited belief aka past experience is exactly the same as looking up, down, right and left on that bullseye analogy. It’s only distraction. If you have to tell your own self to shut up I’m focusing on this, then do just that.
2. Go back to number one and consider what I just suggested. Don’t let your feelings, people, places, or past events deter you.
3. Consider your words. Let me explain. Each word you speak conveys a feeling unique to you. For example you might say, I want ___ to love me. That word want might actually make you feel empty even though its use is portrayed as a desire. But not if you’re secretly feeling the opposite of its use. I suggest highly shutting off all noise around you and speak your desire out loud and see how it feels. Ask yourself if you should use other words. Also stay away from what I call gray evening words. Should, would, could, shouldn’t, wouldn’t, couldn’t. These words are gray, evening words because darkness or night time follows. Example is, I shouldn’t order pizza but I’m so tired I can’t cook tonight, I’ll just do it this one time. It makes us not trust ourselves subconsciously because we’re not sticking to our own word. It’s going towards darkness, a dark feeling.
To clean up the vocabulary on that one sentence I would say something like, I’m tired and I’m ordering a pizza and I’m ok with that. No gray evening words, just a declarative statement followed by a positive feeling statement. I’m telling myself what I am doing and telling myself how I’m going to feel about it. What you’re doing is teaching your brain to Believe your word and that you follow through. You’re also telling yourself what you will feel during this event. It makes your manifesting faster because you’re not struggling with unbelief.
4. Consider Fasting. Hear me out on this. If you’re unaware of autophagy, it’s roughly about the brain cells being cleaned out. They then reproduce in a clean state. Your thoughts and memories are actual brain cells. If you are having trouble or the process feels like it’s taking a long time. Drop the intent for now, go on a 24 fast or longer and after your fast clean up your intentional statement verbally or if you’re using visualization and imagination, it will be from a cleaned out brain cell state.
